Arman Tsarukyan has an opponent for Real American Freestyle's first trip to Abu Dhabi. Promotional officials confirmed the UFC's No. 2-ranked lightweight (24-3, with 10 KOs and 6 submissions) will grapple longtime Bellator standout Neiman Gracie on Nov. 14 at Etihad Arena.

What stands out isn't the matchup so much as the schedule. "Batman" is already booked to headline RAF 14 against Dillon Danis on Oct. 23, meaning the Gracie bout comes just three weeks later. That's a brutal turnaround for anyone, but it signals how aggressively Tsarukyan is leaning into the freestyle format.

It's a curious moment in his career to be moonlighting. His last UFC outing was a first-round demolition of Mauricio Ruffy at UFC 331 in September — a knockout-of-the-year contender that all but stamped his ticket to a lightweight title shot. Staying busy on the wrestling circuit while that queue sorts itself out is one way to keep sharp.

Gracie, meanwhile, is looking to steady himself. This is his second RAF appearance, and he's coming off a loss to Shara Magomedov in Moscow last month. Trading a slick BJJ pedigree for pure freestyle against a world-class wrestler like Tsarukyan is a tall order.

Blades Puts Her Belt on the Line

The card got heavier below the Tsarukyan line too. Kennedy Blades defends her RAF middleweight title against Bella Mir, and the numbers tell the story: Blades hasn't surrendered a single point across her promotional run. Mir, for her part, is pulling double duty — she's also slated to face Hope Chase at RAF 14 before this quick turnaround.

Kyle Dake rounds out the title action, defending his cruiserweight crown against Alp Arslan Begenjov. All of it sits beneath the headline attraction: Colby Covington versus Khamzat Chimaev for the cruiserweight crossover title, a crossover spectacle RAF is clearly building its Abu Dhabi debut around.

The bigger question is whether the two-fights-in-three-weeks gamble pays off for Tsarukyan. Wrestling at this level is a different kind of grind than MMA, and he's doing it twice before November's out. If he comes through clean, he reinforces exactly the kind of relentless reputation that got him to the front of the UFC's lightweight line in the first place.
