Zuffa Boxing 11 Loses a Bout: Hughes Out, MacMillan-Azagier Promoted

Zuffa Boxing 11 has lost a fight three days out. Leon Hughes is off Saturday's London card with an injury, scrapping his scheduled meeting with Michael Stephenson and forcing a late reshuffle to the September 26 lineup.

The knock-on effect is a promotion. Alex MacMillan vs. Guillaume Azagier, originally slated for the undercard, moves up to the main card to fill the gap. That leaves the prelims trimmed to three fights instead of four.

The timings survive the shuffle. Prelims still kick off at 12:15pm ET / 5:15pm BST, and the main card holds firm at 2pm ET / 7pm BST. If you'd already blocked out the afternoon, nothing changes on the clock.

For MacMillan and Azagier, a late bump to the main card is the kind of break most fighters take gladly. More eyes, better placement, and a chance to make an impression on a bigger stage than they signed up for. The circumstances aren't ideal, but the opportunity is real.

The card is still headlined by Fisher vs. Pirotton and goes ahead as planned this Saturday from London. One less fight, one promoted matchup, and the same start times — a clean adjustment to an otherwise intact event.
