At #6 in the women's flyweight rankings, Maycee Barber — "The Future" to fight fans — is past the "prospect" stage. This is contender territory, and every fight from here is a title eliminator in disguise.
He fights at a pace most of the division can't hold — 4.56 strikes landed a minute, every minute. By round three, opponents are usually fighting his fight.
The last fight went to Alexa Grasso (KO/TKO (Punch) R1) — a setback, and the interesting question is always what a fighter does with one.
