The sexual assault case against former PFL and Bellator standout Logan Storley is done. Online records in Florida's Monroe County show prosecutors closed the file and scrapped a court hearing that had been set for Aug. 3, clearing Storley of charges stemming from an arrest in Key West this past May.

Storley had been released on $50,000 bond following the arrest. According to his manager and attorney, David Martin, the matter was resolved through a pretrial diversion program, after which the state agreed to dismiss the charges outright. No additional details about the resolution were made public.

Martin credited attorneys Jeff and Diego Weiner for their work on the case and thanked those who declined to rush to judgment. He leaned on the presumption of innocence, framing it as a cornerstone of the justice system, and said Storley intends to refocus on his family and his career going forward.

How the Case Started

The original allegations were serious. The initial report claimed Storley pursued a woman inside a nightclub, followed her outside when she left, and assaulted her in an alley against her will. Those allegations led to his arrest and charges — all of which have now been dismissed.

A Wrestling Pedigree

Storley's route to fighting is a familiar one. He was a decorated wrestler at the University of Minnesota before turning to MMA, and he built his reputation quickly in Bellator MMA before making the jump to the PFL. He's not some late-career journeyman — his grappling base made him a problem for a lot of opponents.

His most recent bout doubled as his PFL send-off. Storley headlined a card in his home state at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, notching a win in what turned out to be his final appearance under the promotion's banner. With the legal cloud now cleared, the next chapter is his to write.
