Nobody hands you anything at lightweight. Omar Morales — "Venezuelan Fighter" to fight fans — has built a 11-4 record the hard way, one fight at a time since leaving Venezuela's regional scene.
A submission threat first and always — 5 taps forced in 11 wins. Every exchange on the mat carries a trap door.
The last fight went to Chris Duncan (Decision - Split) — a setback, and the interesting question is always what a fighter does with one.
He's 40 now. Fighters at this stage aren't building toward something; they're spending what's left, and that usually makes for the best fights.
